The multinational company Roca is a business corporation that has a presence in over 135 countries and employs 20,200 people. During the month of December 2011, Roca Corporate University (RCU) organized the 6th International Meeting of Methods and Processes of the Roca Group factories around the world, which was attended by the Productivity technician and the Productivity managers of these factories. For the experiential training, the RCU relied on HighDevelop what prepared and carried out a development project of the International Methods and Processes Team. In total there were 30 participants from all continents who met and performed in our EuroSite Center a High Impact action aimed at improve communication and strengthen the transversal team by fully orienting the client.

Diego García Solano, Training Manager of Roca Corporate University, said: “For us, an OT activity is not a country trip, an adventure sport or a brotherhood meal. The O.T. Volkswagen, One Style Project

Volkswagen believes that the key is customer satisfaction. Therefore, EuroSite started one of the most ambitious projects that have been carried out in the automotive world in our country: the Volkswagen program, a style.

The priority objective of the program was to sensitize people who are in direct contact with the client (managers, sales managers, commercial advisors and after-sales advisors) about the importance of attitudes in interpersonal relationships.

For this, no means have been spared and the program had the most advanced training methodologies, such as staging by professional actors, experiential learning, case method, etc. A concession was even built where participants performed role-plays and analysis of everyday situations.

Finally, the program lasted 9 months. More than 1,200 participants passed through it, distributed in 26 programs (of 4 days each), which has meant a total of 104 days of training.
